WELCOME TO EZ8 RUNNING! The EZ8 Runner's learn to run an eight-minute mile with ease.
Can you run an 8-minute mile now?
(If not easily...you should and need to join us!)
Each session is 8-weeks in duration. If you happen to find us in the middle of the eight weeks, give us a call, we may be able to let you join in mid-session. We meet Tues. and Thurs.from 5:30 a.m. - 6:40 a.m. Each run is a little different. We may do hill training one day, a slow tempo run on another, or play The Amazing Race on another. EZ8 is FUN!
The Orange County EZ8 Running Camp is an 8-week outdoor running program that offers world-class running instruction & motivational tools - packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness and running goals fast. No matter your age, size or fitness level, you can achieve great results. Whether you are a beginner runner, or an avid runner looking for a running group, EZ8 is perfect for you.
